We accept returns of unopened Ultra Silver products in new condition. If you aren't satisfied with your Ultra Silver purchase, please contact us to arrange a return.

Once an eligible return is received and approved, a refund will be issued according to the original payment method and applicable processing requirements.

Please note that when complimentary or free shipping was provided on the original order, our original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
